As an HR team, you’ve made a significant investment in terms of money, time and credibility to develop and recruit high calibre leaders. When leaders start – how do you look after them to support their achievement? The Executive Transitions: Landings to Legacy programme provides the platform for leaders to be successful.
In senior transitions, we see responsibility and impact increase 10 fold. There is huge pressure to understand the requirement, build credibility and take action. This has a significant impact on leaders, one that many struggle with – often silently. The Landings to Legacy programme addresses these factors and delivers the insights and tools for leaders to take control.
Successful moves in senior leadership are what make careers. It’s daunting; pressurised and accomplishment is not assured. Each phase of the programme takes you on a journey – supporting you to land, engage and impact effectively to ensure success.
We help senior leaders in innovative, disrupting and talent-driven organisations.
When a leader lands in a new role, we equip them with key strategic tools to make the most of their abilities.
The Executive Transitions: Landings to Legacy programme was created based on the experience of senior executives in FTSE firms. We will take up to 10 recently or soon to be promoted leaders through a powerful developmental journey. The programme consists of three modules, each taking two days and is run over three months.
Learning is personalised to embed and to transform a leaders approach. They will work around their thinking, beliefs and identity, alongside developing tools to align and engage others. Finally supported by one-to-one coaching following each module to deepen and embed transformation.
