About Jemma Barton – Founder & Director for Vantage People

It’s always been about people for me and it’s this passion that led me to found Vantage People in 2016. The heart of what I do is supporting the development of great leaders and teams. Providing them with the tools and insight to deliver and create excellent places to work. If you get these pieces right a successful business will follow!

I am passionate about creating excellence in organisations through their leadership, approaches, systems and culture. In today’s competitive landscapes along with technological developments, shifting demographics and purpose lead thinking are now disrupting the way leadership operates.

To change the way organisations think we need to change the way people think. We work to challenge both people and organisational systems; we strive to help our clients to deliver something special.

For 15 years I have worked with senior leaders in both commercial and public sector organisations as a trusted partner, I’m a qualified coach, member of the ICF, MCIPD and qualified practitioner of Constellations, Strengths Coaching, Strengthscope, EQ-i and Extended DiSC. I love working with people and organisations that dare to think differently.

Jemma has worked with clients from Vodafone, Aricent, Virgin Media, Serco, UTC, Pepsi Co, Black Swan, MHRA and Central Government.
